Randy has repaired 2 bikes for me over the past year. Once done, the bikes felt like new again. Gear changing is now smooth and comfortable. Randy has a passion for bikes and cycling and does a great job!

In addition to his technical know-how, Randy has a couple of rare qualities that make him an excellent bike mechanic; he’s assiduous and diligent. He’ll take care of the bits of your bike you never even knew you had.

I have used Randy’s Bike Repair Service for several years and have always found it to be excellent. Just one example, last year I had a malfunction resulting in my front derailleur being ripped off the frame.  It was unrepairable – nope. Randy got me back on the road to finish my ride and then took my bike into his shop for the full repair. He reconfigured the front derailleur attachment and was able to repair the damage and have it running smoothly again quickly and efficiently.  I highly recommend Randy's bike shop - he can fix anything!

I met Randy in June 2022, when he and I worked together to source bicycles. make them road-worthy and available to those who couldn't afford them. Out of this I can heartily say that Randy is extremely knowledgeable about all components that make a bike safe, and he can take a look at your helmet too! Last, but not least, he is thorough, sympathetic and patient. You are in good hands with Randy.
